We are approximately 75 yards from the beach! Simply walk down our cobblestone road, cross the street, and you’ll be at the quieter north end of Sayulita Beach in about two minutes.
Downtown Sayulita is approximately a 10-15 minute walk from the property. You can walk into town along the beach or take the road. Golf carts are also a very popular and convenient way to get around Sayulita.
Not necessarily! That said, golf carts are a fun and convenient way to explore Sayulita—especially for grocery runs, getting around with kids, or when you simply don’t feel like walking. Many of our guests choose to rent one for at least part of their stay, but it’s definitely not required!
Yes! Each of our three villas—Casa Rana Verde, Casa Mikayla, and Casa Pajaro—has its own private pool exclusively for guests staying in that villa.
No. There is no shared estate pool because each villa has its own private pool. If you rent the entire estate, your group will have all three pools to yourselves!
Casa Rana Verde’s pool may be heated during the cooler months of the year. Casa Mikayla and Casa Pajaro’s pools are not heated.
Yes! All bedrooms at Villas Rana Verde have air conditioning. Our main living and dining spaces are open-air, allowing you to enjoy Sayulita’s tropical weather and ocean breezes.
Casa Rana Verde can sleep up to 10-12 guests, while Casa Mikayla and Casa Pajaro can each sleep up to 5 guests. When renting the entire estate, we can accommodate up to 20-22 guests. Please reach out if you have questions about sleeping arrangements for your specific group!
We have a Pack ’n Play available for guests traveling with little ones. We do not currently provide high chairs.

We are located on the quieter north side of Sayulita in the peaceful Pedregoso neighborhood. As with any travel destination, we recommend using normal precautions and being mindful of your belongings, but our guests generally find the area comfortable and easy to explore on foot.
Yes! We have an on-site night watchman who is at the property each evening for added security and peace of mind.
Yes. Cameras are installed only on the exterior of the property, specifically positioned to monitor the entrances (front gates) to enhance security for our guests. Rest assured, there are no cameras inside any villa or indoor living space, ensuring privacy during your stay in our Sayulita vacation rentals and Villas in Sayulita.

Yes! We have hosted many beautiful weddings and celebrations at Villas Rana Verde. Weddings and events must be approved in advance, and additional event fees and a refundable security deposit may apply depending on the size and details of your celebration. Yes! Families with children are very welcome at Villas Rana Verde. The spacious villas, private pools, and proximity to the beach make it a great option for family trips. Casa Rana Verde also has a smaller wading pool connected to the main pool, which families with younger children especially enjoy. As with any property with swimming pools and open-air spaces, children should always be supervised by an adult.
We’ll send you detailed check-in instructions before your arrival, including everything you need to access the property and get settled into your villa. If you have any questions or need assistance on arrival day, we’re always just a message away!
We recommend having some Mexican pesos on hand during your stay. While many restaurants and businesses in Sayulita accept credit cards, cash is still commonly used for smaller restaurants, street vendors, tips, taxis, and other local services. ATMs are also available in town.
Sayulita is casual and tropical, so pack light, comfortable clothing, swimsuits, sandals, sun protection, and comfortable shoes for walking around town. We also recommend bringing bug spray and a light layer for cooler evenings during the winter months. Beach towels are provided at the villas, so no need to pack your own!
